We are always looking for consultants who know community banks and want to work on the bank's side of a conversion.

A consultant at CBCi delivers concierge-level service and means it. Our clients are banks going through the largest project they will ever undertake, and they notice how they are treated. That standard is not negotiable here.

Beyond that, we look for people who manage themselves. There is no one looking over your shoulder on a CBCi engagement. Experience with Jack Henry platforms is preferred, and a solid record in community banking matters more than a particular number of years.

We engage consultants as independent contractors. That is deliberate. It lets you take on the projects that fit your experience and your calendar, and it lets us bring you into a program without asking you to give up anything else you are doing.
